Cody Groves began his career in the mental health field in 2012 as a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist (BHRS). Prior to starting his own practice, he worked for another agency where he gained valuable experience working with clients before opening his own practice in 2015. His prior role involved providing support and counseling services to individuals in need, which laid the foundation for his current practice.
Mr. Groves attributes his success to determination. He recognizes that working with younger individuals can lead to more significant change, as they are more impressionable. Ultimately, Mr. Groves takes pride in being able to help others and being a positive role model for his own children.
He finds fulfillment in witnessing the success of the children he works with, especially those who are at risk of falling into a life of crime. It brings him great joy to see these kids overcome their challenges, continue their education, and turn their lives around before it is too late.
